Alacati is 8 km away from Cesme. You can easily reach this area with all buses to Cesme. Izmir Isikkent Bus Station and Uckuyular Bus Station can easily be reached by bus.

Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport provides the nearest air connection, with regular flights from Istanbul and European cities. The drive from the airport takes approximately one hour. Car rental allows exploration of surrounding beaches and villages, though parking can be challenging in Alacati during peak season.

Best Time to Visit

The wind sports season runs from May through October, with the strongest winds in July and August. Those seeking wind sports combined with bearable crowds might prefer June or September. For general tourism without wind sports priority, May and October offer pleasant weather with the fewest visitors.
